【摘要】 摇号抽签是新股发行过程的重要环节,能够体现证券市场的公开、公平、公正,但是现有摇号方法规则较为复杂,操作过程冗长。本文提出了一种新方法——"等步长递增"摇号方法,该方法操作简单可控,并可以保证中签结果具有最优的分布均衡性,与现有摇号方法比较,在均衡性、可操作性等方面有很大提升。文中研究了新方法的公平性、均衡性等,并给出了严格的数学证明。更多还原

【Abstract】 Drawing of lots is a very important part of IPO,as it can reflect whether the stock market is open,fair and just.But the current rule is very complicated and the operation is also time-consuming.In this paper,we propose a new method,whose operation is simple and at the same time,the result of the new rule is uniformly distributed.Comparing with the current method,new method is improved in the aspects in balance of distribution and operability.We discuss the fairness of the new drawing method,the optimal distribution of the final result,and so on.We also show the rigorous mathematical proofs for our conclusions.更多还原
