【摘要】 通过将口腔外科临床实习生随机分为两组:实验组(PDCA带教模式)和对照组(传统带教),比较两组学生操作实践掌握情况、理论考核成绩、病人满意度等情况。探讨PDCA带教模式对提高口腔外科临床教学质量的影响。PDCA理论的带教模式下的学生在操作实践掌握情况、理论考核成绩、病人满意度等方面均明显优于传统带教。基于PDCA理论的口腔外科临床教学模式改进了口腔外科临床教学质量,值得进一步推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Clinical students were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group(PDCA teaching mode) and the control group(traditional teaching).Compared the two groups of students the situation operating practice,theory test results,and patient satisfaction,PDCA model of teaching in oral surgery improves clinical teaching quality.For PDCA model theory of teaching practice students’ theory test results,patient satisfaction and other aspects are much better than those of the traditional teaching.Theory based on PDCA model of clinical teaching in oral surgery oral improves the quality of clinical teaching,worthy of further promotion.更多还原
