【摘要】 目的探讨马来酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗原发性高血压和逆转左心室肥厚的临床疗效。方法将218例原发性高血压患者分为马来酸左旋氨氯地平片组(观察组)108例,氨氯地平片组(对照组)110例,连续服用8周,观察治疗后的系列变化。结果 2组患者治疗后血压较治疗前显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),血脂、血糖和肾功能均较治疗前有些改善,但无显著性差异;马来酸左旋氨氯地平片可以显著降低左心室质量指数(LVMI)、左心室舒张末内径(LVDD)和左心室后壁厚度(LVPWT),且马来酸左旋氨氯地平片组不良反应明显小于氨氯地平片组。马来酸左旋氨氯地平片组总有效率为91.74%,氨氯地平片组总有效率为77.98%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论马来酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗原发性高血压疗效突出,并可逆转左心室肥厚,是治疗原发性高血压的理想药物之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the therapeutic efficacy and reversion of left ventricular hypertrophy of levoamlodipine maleate tablets for patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 218 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into 2 groups: 108 patients used levoamlodipine maleate(the observation group) and 110 patients used amlodipine(the control group).The treatment lasted for 8 weeks,the changes of patients with hypertension were observed after the treatment.Results Blood pressure of the two groups decreased obviously,with significant difference before and after the treatment(P<0.05).There were some improvements in the lipid,blood sugar and renal function of the two groups after the treatment,but with no significant difference.The total effective rate of levoamlodipine maleate tablets was 91.74%,that for amlodipine was 77.98%,and there was significant difference in the 2 groups(P<0.05).Levoamlodipine maleate tablets had an important effect on reducing LVMI,LVDd and LVPWD.The adverse effect of levoamlodipine maleate tablets was apparently lower than that of amlodipine.Conclusion The levoamlodipine maleate tablets had an outstanding curative effect on patients with hypertension,and reversed left ventricular hypertrophy,which is ideal to reduce hypertension effectively.更多还原
