“先看病后付费”诊疗模式:公立医院公益性本质的回归
"Treatment before payment" diagnosis and treatment mode: return to the nature of public hospital
【摘要】 "先看病后付费"作为一种新的诊疗模式,标志着公立医院转变服务理念,体现着公益性本质的回归。该文从卫生服务的可及性和公平性、卫生服务的适宜性以及卫生服务的质量和效率等方面论证了"先看病后付费"诊疗模式的公益性回归。
【Abstract】 "Treatment before payment" is a new mode of diagnosis and treatment,which marks the change of service concept and return of public welfare in public hospitals.This article expounded on the return of public welfare from the accessibility,equity,suitability,quality and efficiency of health services.
