【摘要】 目的:了解浙江省普陀区羁押场所在押人员艾滋病感染状况及影响因素。方法:对2005-2010年3 470名在押人员进行艾滋病感染检测和感染者流行病学调查分析。结果:3 470名在押人员中共检出11例HIV感染者,阳性率0.32%。检出的11例阳性者中,男性10例,女性1例;最大39岁,最小26岁;6例有静脉吸毒史,3例有非婚异性性接触史,1例有吸毒和性乱史,1例有输血/血制品史;11例感染者均为外地流动人口。结论:普陀区羁押场所在押人员的HIV感染率较高,感染途径以注射毒品为主,各年间变化不大,HIV感染者确诊后,应进一步加强对这部分人群的管理和宣传力度,以减少对社会的危害,控制HIV的传播。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know about HIV infection and related factors in detention places in Putuo District,Zhejiang Province.Methods HIV infection testing and HIV epidemiological analysis were conducted among 3470 detainees from 2005 to 2010.Results Eleven cases of HIV infection were detected among 3470 detainees on examination survey.The HIV positive rate was 0.32%.Among the positive persons,there were 10 males and 1 female,and the oldest was 39 years old,the youngest was 26 years old.Among these people,6 had drug abuse history,3 had heterosexual contact history,1 had the history of drug abuse and promiscuity,1 had the history of blood transfusion and blood products.Conclusion The level of HIV infection of detaineers in detention places in Putuo District is a bit high.The infection route was chiefly drug-oriented injection,and did not change significantly by years.It is necessary to strengthen management and advocate efforts to reduce the harm to society,to prevent and control HIV transmission among the crowd diagnosed HIV.更多还原
