【摘要】 目的:构建心血管疾病住院病人病情评估指标体系,实现心血管疾病病情变化的即时评估,以期指导临床护理。方法:采用文献查询和资料收集方法构建初步模型,运用Delphi专家咨询法和层次分析法,进行各级指标的论证并确立指标的权重。结果:专家积极系数为100%,对各项指标的权威系数分别为0.92～0.93,协调系数分别为0.22、0.372,χ2检验P<0.001,认为专家协调程度较好。根据专家意见的集中度,确定4项一级指标,15项二级指标。结论:本次咨询专家的积极性高,权威性、协调性较好,显示评价指标体系的代表性和可信度高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To construct an index system for condition assessment of cardiovascular inpatients,aiming to instantly assess the changing state of cardiovascular disease as a rapid guiding method for clinic nursing.Methods Literature study and clinic data were used to build a preliminary model,with the method of Delphi expert enquiry and analytic hierarchy process for proving all levels’ indexes and establishing weights of the indexes.Results Experts positive coefficient was 100%,and authority coefficients for the indexes was between 0.92 and 0.93Coordinate coefficients were 0.22,0.372 respectively,and chi-square test showed a significance of statistics(P<0.001),implying a good degree of coordination among the expertsAccording to the concentration degree of expert opinions,4 first class indexes,16 second class indexes were confirmed and included in the index system.Conclusion The consulting experts have strong representativeness,high enthusiasm,good authority and coordination,indicating a high reliability of index system for inpatients’ severity evaluation更多还原
