中国大鲵小肠和胰脏的超微结构观察

【摘要】 为了了解中国大鲵(Andrias davidianus)的小肠和胰脏的超微结构特征,采用组织学方法和透射电镜技术,对8只正常中国大鲵小肠和胰脏的超微结构进行了观察。结果表明:中国大鲵小肠黏膜表面覆有单层柱状上皮,上皮细胞具有发达的微绒毛、线粒体、粗面内质网和溶酶体颗粒;杯状细胞明显可见,胞质内含较多黏液性颗粒,细胞游离面形成明显的微绒毛;胰脏的腺泡细胞胞质内糙面内质网异常发达,酶原颗粒丰富、分布广泛、线粒体丰富、核糖体发达,其中酶原颗粒电子密度高、圆形、直径0.3~0.9μm,大小不等;泡心细胞胞体少、核大、长形、核内异染色质较多,细胞表面具微绒毛。

【Abstract】 The structures of small intestine and pancreas in Andrias davidianus were investigated by electron microscopy.The results were as follows:there was simple columnar epithelium on the intestinal mucosa,the epithelial cells of the intestine in Andrias davidianus bear many long and closely packed microvilli,and contain many mitochondria,rough endoplasmic reticula and lysosome.There were many goblet cell in the intestinal mucosa,in which there were mucous particles,and many microvilli on the free surface.In the acinouscell of pancreas,there were many rough endoplasmic reticula,zymogen granule,mitochondria and ribosome.The electric density of zymogen granule was high,the shape of zymogen granule was rounded,and the diameter of zymogen granule was between 0.3μm and 0.9μm.The nucleus,in which there were many metachromatic,were big and long in the centroacinar cell of pancreas,whose cytoplasm was little.There were many microvilli on the surface of the centroacinar cell.
