山东省农业灌溉发展态势及分区节水模式探析

【摘要】 发展节水灌溉是实现缺水地区水资源安全的一种有效途径。以我国东部沿海缺水省份山东省为例,采用收集资料、实地调查及理论分析相结合的研究方法,立足于该省自然条件和水土资源现状,分析了2000-2009年山东省有效灌溉面积、节水灌溉面积及二者比例结构动态变化,揭示了目前该省农业灌溉发展进程中存在的一些问题;按照"归纳相似性,区别差异性,照顾行政区界"的原则,对山东省17个地市农业进行科学的灌溉区划分,阐明了分区特点、并提出了相应的农业节水适宜模式,以此作为发展宏观决策和制定节水灌溉发展规划的科学依据。

【Abstract】 Developing water-saving irrigation is an effective way to ensure water resources security of water-lacking regions.In this paper,Shandong-a coastal water-lacking province in East China is taken as an example.Combination methods of material collection,investigation and theoretical analysis are used.Based on the natural conditions and the state of water and soil resources in the province,the dynamic change of effective irrigation area,water-saving irrigation area and the ratio of the two areas in Shandong Province from 2000 to 2009 were analyzed.Then,some problems were probed into in the process of current agricultural irrigation development.According to principles of inducting similarity,distinguishing difference and considering administrative division,we carried out the scientific irrigated farming area partition of 17 regions in Shandong Province.Finally,we expounded the features of partitions and proposed appropriate agricultural water-saving model.Our work can provide scientific support for macroscopically decision and water-saving irrigation development plan.
