泡沫沥青冷再生技术的耗能排放效果分析
Performance Analysis of Energy Consumption and Emissions for the Cold Recycled Technique of foamed Asphalt
【摘要】 通过实际依托工程,对比泡沫沥青厂拌冷再生和泡沫沥青就地冷再生技术的节能减排效果。结果表明,在单位体积(1 m3)下的总耗能,就地冷再生较厂拌冷再生节能8.98%;在污染气体的排放上,除了在CO的排放厂拌冷再生较就地冷再生减少排放6.23%以外,其他三种污染气体在排放中,就地冷再生相对厂拌冷再生的污染气体排放均有所减少,其中CO2降幅为15.32%,NOx为7.77%,SO2为14.97%。
【Abstract】 This article compares the performance of energy consumption and emissions between cold in-place and in-plant recycled technique of foamed asphalt by practical support projects.The results show that: from the perspective of energy consumption,cold in-place recycling is 8.98% less than cold in-plant recycling under the condition of 1 m3 total consumption;as to the emissions,cold in-plant recycling is 6.23% less than cold in-place recycling for CO,while for CO2,NOx and SO2 cold in-place recycling is less than cold in-plant recycling,respectively 15.32%,7.77% and 14.97%.
