【摘要】 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定妇血康糖浆中原儿茶酸的含量。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm);以甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(20:80)为流动相,流速为1mL.min-1;柱温:25℃;检测波长:256nm。结果:原儿茶酸在0.109～0.872μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为100.04%,RSD为1.71%。结论:此法简便、快速。适用于妇血康糖浆中原儿茶酸含量的测定,为控制其质量提供了简便易行的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the content of Protocatechuic in Fuxuekang Syrup.Methods: The column was a C18 column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm) and the mobile phase of methyl alcohol-1% acetic acid(20:80);Flow rate: 1mL.min-1;Column temperature:25℃;Detection wavelength:256nm;Results: The Protocatechuic showed a good linear relationship at range of 0.109～0.872?g(r=0.9999),and the average recovery was 100.04%,RSD =1.71%.Conclusion:These methods are simple and rapid and can be used for the quality control of Fuxuekang Syrup.更多还原
