【摘要】 目的:探索护理人文关怀护理对流浪精神病患者心理社会行为改善的作用与效果。方法:将2011年1月至6月共118例入院的流浪精神病患者,采用入院顺序编序,按单双数分为干预组和对照组各59例。单数为对照组,实施常规护理;双数为干预组,在予常规护理基础上,应用人文关怀理念贯穿于护理全过程。干预前后采用住院病人观察量表(NOSIE)、简明精神病评定量表(BPRS),对两组患者入院第3天、1周、3周的心理社会行为进行评定。结果:干预后,两组在社会能力、社会兴趣激惹、焦虑忧郁、思维障碍等方面有显著性差异(P<0.05),干预后两组患者在焦虑忧郁、缺乏活力、个人卫生等因子方面也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:人文关怀理念对流浪精神病患者的心理健康、生活质量的提高和社会功能的完善有着积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the function and effect of humanistic care conception on stray mental patients in sychological social behavior improvements.Methods:From January to June of 2011,a total of 118 Stray mental patients were admitted to the hospital.According to the rank order,the single number were divided into intervention group and control group in each group of 59 patients.Singular as control group,given routine nursing care;even numbers for the intervention group,based on the routine care,and applied humane care in the nursing idea runs through the entire process.Before and after intervention,it was evaluated by hospital patients observation scale(NOSIE),the brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),two groups of admission with day 3,1 week and three weeks.Results: After intervention,the two groups have significant differences in social ability、irritating of social interest、sdepression,anxiety,and thought disorder(P<0.05);as well,the two groups have statistically significant in factors of anxiety depression,lack of energy,personal hygiene(P<0.05).Conclusions: Humanistic care conception have positive role on stray mental patients with improving their mental health、life quality and Social function.更多还原
