【摘要】 目的:探讨单相抑郁与双相抑郁的临床特征比较。方法:随机选取我院两年来诊断为单相抑郁和双相抑郁的精神科住院患者各40例,用自行设计的记录表收集两组病例的临床资料,并进行统计学分析。结果:两组疾病在住院年龄(t=2.13)、起病年龄(t=3.08)、文化程度(x2=10.05)、病前性格(x2=7.53)、有无共病(x2=7.53)等方面存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:单相抑郁与双相抑郁可能属于情感性精神障碍的异源性亚型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical characters of in-patients between unipolar and bipolar depression.Methods:All studied cases were randomly divided into two groups: unipolar group and bipolar group.All factors were investigated to discover the clinical characters of in-patients between unipolar and bipolar depression through statistical methods.Results: Two groups have significant difference in the age of hospitalization(t=2.13),the onset age(t=3.08),education degree(x2=10.05),personality prior to the onset(x2=7.53),and co morbidity(x2=7.53)(P<0.05).Conclusions: Unipolar and bipolar depression are heterologous subtypes of affective disorders probably.更多还原
