【摘要】 目的:探讨复退军人老年休养员的心理问题及其干预措施的效果。方法:将353例老年休养员随机分为研究组(A组)及对照组(B组)。A组在给予常规治疗及护理的同时,对其异常心理问题进行观察分析,并给予适当的心理指导;B组只给予常规治疗护理。结果:A组患者与B组相比,患者异常心理问题有明显改善,住院时间缩短,满意度提高。结论:恰当的心理干预可有效改善内科老年休养员患者的异常心理状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the psychological problems and its interventions effect on the elderly recuperating members who′s demobilized soldier and legionnaires.Methods:353 cases of the elderly recuperating members were randomly divided into study group(group A) and control group(group B).Group A treated with conventional treatment and care,while its abnormal psychological problems were observed and analyzed,and given proper psychological guidance;group B treated with conventional treatment and care.Results:Compared to group A and group B,abnormal psychological problems have significantly improved,shorter hospital stay,patient satisfaction increased.Conclusion:The appropriate psychological intervention is effective in improving the abnormal mental state of the medical elderly recuperating member.更多还原
