【摘要】 目的:对广东省某精神专科医院老年精神三科暴发的一起诺如病毒急性胃肠炎医院感染进行调查。方法:采用现场流行病学方法进行调查,使用RT-PCR检测诺如病毒。结果:2011年6月17日～6月22日共发生10例诺如病毒胃肠炎,全部为住院患者;该病区14.4%的患者被感染;对收集到的10份大便标本进行诺如病毒检测,其中6份结果阳性;通过隔离治疗患者等综合措施,疫情得到控制。结论:此次急性胃肠炎医院感染暴发是由诺如病毒引起的,暴发于调查处理后1个最长潜伏期(3天)内得到控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the outbreak of one case of noruvirus gastroenteritis in senior psychiatric ward in Guangdong.Methods:Field epidemiological study were used,patient stool samples were gathered at the same time for Noruvirus detection by RT-PCR.Results: A total of 10 cases of noruvirus gastroenteritis outbroke from June 17 to June 22,2011,all cases were inpatients;14.4% of the patients in this ward were infected;Of 10 cases of stool samples,6 cases were norovirus positive.The outbreak was controlled timely by comprehensive measures involving isolation of patients.Conclusions: The outbreak of acute gastroenteritis is demonstrated to associate with norovirus,and it is under control in 3 days(the longest incubation period) after the outbreak.更多还原
