【摘要】 目的:通过螺旋CT值对尿路结石成分进行预测,对U100激光的碎石效果进行评估。方法:我院通过246例结石患者术前进行结石的螺旋CT值的测定,进行U100激光碎石取石术。结果:通过螺旋CT值和术后结石成分的测定,发现U100激光对有些结石碎石有效,有些效果不明显。结论:U100激光有一定的适用范围,并不适合对任何成分的结石进行碎石。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the lithotripsy effect of the YAG laser(Freedy) by predicting of Hu on CT for urinary calculi chemical composition.Methods:246 patients with urinary calculi were measured the value of Hounsfield unit on CT before operation and operated by YAG laser.Results: Some urinary calculi are fit for YAG laser,some not.Conclusions: YAG laser is not fit for all the urinary calculi.更多还原
