【摘要】 目的:探讨西酞普兰与阿米替林治疗老年抑郁症的疗效差异。方法:用Meta分析方法对6项西酞普兰与阿米替林治疗老年抑郁症对照研究的文章进行再分析,评价其合并效应量大小和综合显著性检验。结果:西酞普兰治疗前后的自身对照,提示西酞普兰治疗老年抑郁症前后症状学变化有非常显著性差异,效应极强;西酞普兰与阿米替林在第2周末和治疗结束后的组间比较,提示西酞普兰起效快,两组疗效相仿。结论:西酞普兰与阿米替林的疗效相仿,但起效快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the difference of efficacy of Citalopram and Amitriptyline in the treatment of senile depression.Methods:6 comparative studies of Citalopram and Amitriptyline in the treatment of senile depression were analyzed by meta-ananlysis.Results:The significant difference in change of symptom before and after treatment by Citalopram was found;Comparison between Citalopram and Amitriptyline at 2 weeks treatment and at the end of each trial showed that Citalopram had a rapid effect on symptoms,there was no singnificant difference between Citalopram and Amitriptyline with respect to the clinical efficacy.Conclusion:Citalopram has a similar clinical effecacy with Amitriptyline,with rapid treatment effect.更多还原
