【摘要】 目的:探索脑卒中恢复期患者心理状态及社会支持问题。方法:采用SCL-90症状自评量表、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)对56例脑卒中恢复期患者进行调查,并将SCL-90调查结果与常模对照分析研究。结果:脑卒中恢复期患者躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等因子分数显著高于常模。低支持状态占61.62%。结论:脑卒中后恢复期患者存在明显的心理问题,缺乏社会支持系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the psychological states of patients recovering from stroke and social support issues.Methods:SCL-90 Symptom Checklist and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS) were used to investigate 56 patients recovering from stroke,and the SCL-90 findings were compared with the norm.Results:Somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,terror,mental illness and other factors of patients recovering from stroke were significantly higher than the norm.Low support state accounted for 61.62%.Conclusion:Patients recovering from stroke have significant psychological problems,lack of social support systems.更多还原
