【摘要】 目的观察泽泻汤加味方对高盐高血压大鼠的降压疗效及肾功能的保护作用。方法用3周龄雄性Wistar大鼠8%高盐饲料饲养22周造成高血压模型,分模型组、缬沙坦组、泽泻汤加味方高剂量组、泽泻汤加味方中剂量组,加上正常组,每组10只,共5组。在第23周,除正常组外,对各组大鼠施相应干预措施。干预8 w后,全自动生化仪测血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、24 h尿蛋白(ALB);放免法测尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)。结果在各时间段,中药高剂量组与缬沙坦组降压疗效相当(P>0.05)。与正常组比,其余四组的BUN升高(P<0.01);其余四组的Scr无显著性差异(P>0.05)。与模型组比,泽泻汤加味方高剂量组的24 h尿ALB明显降低(P<0.01);泽泻汤加味方中剂量组的尿β2-MG降低(P<0.05)。结论泽泻汤加味方对高盐高血压大鼠具有一定的降压作用,且对其肾功能亦有保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the decompression and protection of renal function of Zexie decoctions plused others Chinese herbal on hypertension rats induced by high-salt.Methods 3 weeks old male Wistar rats were induced hypertension owing to high salt diet(8%) for 22 weeks,and divided into 4 groups(model,Valsartan,Zexie decoctions plused others Chinese herbal high-and middle-dose groups),in addition to normal group(n=10),all of 5 groups.Except for control group,rats in other groups were interfered from 23 weeks old.After 8 weeks,BUN and Scr of blood and 24 h urine ALB were measured by omni-biochemistry device.Radioimmunoassay was used to detect Urine β2-MG.Results On different time,effects of decreasing blood pressure of Zexie decoctions plused others Chinese herbal high-dose was similar with Valsartan(P>0.05).Compared with control group,BUN in others four groups were increased significantly(P<0.01),while there were no difference in Scr among others four groups(P>0.05).Compared with model group,24 h ALB of Zexie decoctions plused others Chinese herbal high-dose group was decreased(P<0.01),urine β2-MG of Zexie decoctions plused others Chinese herbal mid-dose group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusions Zexie decoctions plused others Chinese herbal could decrease blood pressure and protect renal function of hypertension rats induced by high-salt.更多还原
