【摘要】 目的探讨开口箭总皂苷对小鼠H22皮下移植瘤的影响。方法建立H22细胞的小鼠肝癌移植瘤模型,灌胃给予不同浓度的开口箭总皂苷,连续15 d,观察皮下肿瘤的生长情况,并切片观察和电镜观察。结果与模型组相比,开口箭总皂苷能显著抑制肿瘤的生长,光镜下见瘤组织中大面积坏死,电镜下可见死亡类型以凋亡为主。结论动物实验表明开口箭总皂苷能抑制H22肝癌移植瘤的生长,诱导其凋亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of total saponins derived from Tupistra chinensis Baker on mice H22 hepatocarcinoma xenograft.Methods The mice H 22 hepatocarcinoma xenograft animal model were made up firstly.And the mice were administrated by gavage with different concentrations of total saponins derived from Tupistra chinensis Baker for 15 days,and the xenograft growth conditions,histological changes and electron microscopy results were observed.Results Compared of model group,total saponins of Tupistra chinensis Baker significantly inhibited the xenograft growth.Big mass necroses were observed under the light microscope.Further electron microscope observation found that apoptosis was main.Conclusions Animal experiments demonstrates that saponin of Tupistra chinensis Baker could inhibit the growth of H22 hepatocarcinoma xenograft through apoptosis.更多还原
