【摘要】 我国民营企业在过去30年的发展过程中,扮演了很重要的"中国经济发展的推动者、主力军"角色,在履行社会责任方面存在着不容忽视的问题。因此,民营企业社会责任与企业财务绩效的关系,是20多年来国外企业管理领域研究的一个热点问题。基于国内外近30年来对民营企业社会责任与财务绩效关系方面的相关研究,以2008年~2010年民营企业汽车行业面板数据为基础进行实证分析,表明民营企业各层次社会责任与企业财务绩效间成不同关系,但总体来说两者成正相关关系。更多还原
