【摘要】 目的探讨索拉非尼(sorafenib)对人肾癌荷瘤裸鼠血清中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)表达的影响。方法采用皮下细胞悬液注射法建立裸鼠人肾癌模型,随机分成3组,对照组、sorafenib低剂量组及sorafenib高剂量组,每组10只。分别于给药后7天、14天检测人肾癌荷瘤裸鼠血清中IL-2及TNF-α的含量。结果给药后第7天,sorafenib低剂量组及高剂量组人肾癌荷瘤裸鼠血清中IL-2的含量低于对照组(均P<0.05),sorafenib高剂量组人肾癌荷瘤裸鼠血清中TNF-α的含量低于对照组(P<0.05);给药后第14天,对照组、sorafenib低剂量组及高剂量组人肾癌荷瘤裸鼠血清中IL-2、TNF-α的含量无差异(均P>0.05)。结论 sorafenib对人肾癌荷瘤裸鼠IL-2及TNF-α的表达影响短暂,远期影响不明确。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of sorafenib on immune function(serum IL-2 and TNF-α levels)of OS-RC-2 human renal carcinoma bearing nude mice models.Methods 30 rats were injected with cell suspension to set up OS-RC-2 human renal carcinoma bearing nude mice models and randomly divided into 3 groups,control group,high-dose sorafenib group and low-dose sorafenib group.After 7 and 14 days,the serum IL-2 and TNF-αlevels of mice models were measured.Results After 7 days,the serum IL-2 levels of high-dose group and low-dose group were lower than control group(P<0.05),and the serum TNF-αlevels of high-dose group were lower than control group(P<0.05).After 14 days,the serum IL-2 and TNF-αlevels among the three groups showed no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusions Sorafenib exerts a shortlived rather than a long-term impact on the expression of IL-2 and TNF-αin OS-RC-2 human renal carcinoma bearing nude mice models.更多还原
