【摘要】 目的:探讨运动疗法联合中药薰蒸综合方案治疗脑卒中后肩关节半脱位的临床价值。方法:采用单盲、随机方法将符合脑卒中肩关节半脱位标准的患者分为A组32例和B组30例,均给予运动疗法,包括良肢位摆放,纠正肩关节位置,主被动关节活动等。A组同时联合中药薰蒸。治疗前后建立多维观察指标,并对2组患者临床疗效和安全性进行评价。结果:治疗前2组资料基线一致。治疗30d后,2组患肢肩关节功能、疼痛症状、日常生活活动能力及睡眠质量均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。A组改善程度大于B组(P<0.05)。综合疗效比较,A组显效率明显高于B组(78.1%与50.0%,P<0.05)。2组患者在治疗中均未出现不良反应。结论:脑卒中肩关节半脱位患者联合运用中药薰蒸治疗,疗效确切,使用安全,较单纯运动疗法具有优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To probe the clinical value of herb steaming combined with exercise therapy for shoulder subluxation after stroke.Methods: By using single-blind,randomized,and controlled trials,the eligible subjects were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=32) and a control group(n=30),and they were treated with herb steaming combined with exercise therapy,and simple exercise therapy,respectively.Multi-dimensional clinical indexes were established to evaluate therapeutic effects and safety.Results: The baseline of general data had no significant difference between two groups.The markedly effective rate and the effective rate were 78.1% and 93.8% in the treatment group,and 50.0% and90.0% in the control group,respectively(P<0.05).After treatment,the sick shoulder joint function,the pain symptoms,the quality of life,and the quality of sleep in the two groups were obviously improved(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).No adverse effects were found in the two groups.Conclusion: Herb steaming combined with exercise therapy has a definite therapeutic effect with safety on shoulder subluxation after stroke.更多还原
