基于红外热像的微波养护车加热墙通风设计
Ventilation Design of Heating Wall of Microwave Maintenance Vehicle Based on Infrared Thermal Image
【摘要】 针对微波养护车加热墙磁控管阵列的散热问题,提出了加热墙磁控管阵列的强制风冷策略基于红外热像仪采集的热图像,应用红外热像分析方法,解决了用于保护磁控管的温控开关的最优安装位置问题和加热墙内的通风道设计问题。新产品试制表明,对微波养护车加热墙采用强制风冷散热是一种经济有效的方法
【Abstract】 Aiming at the cooling problem of heating wall of the microwave maintenance vehicle,a forced aircooling strategy of magnetron array was presented.Based on the infrared thermal images and analysis,a fit location to fix temperature control switch providing thermal protection for magnetron was found,and a ventilation duct design of the heating wall was demonstrated.Trial production proves that the forced air-cooling strategy is an effective and economical method to cool the magnetron array.
