【摘要】 大湄公河次区域已经形成了多层次、多样化的合作格局及合作机制。在"湄公河开发热"的背景下,区内外相关国家都加大了投入,合作与竞争都在上升。本文梳理了现有合作机制及其进展,重点分析了中国在次区域合作中面临的机遇和挑战,并提出了进一步推动次区域合作的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Multilayered and diversified cooperative frameworks and mechanisms have now been formed in the Greater Mekong Sub-region.In the backdrop of the"Mekong Exploitation Fever",both cooperation and competition are being upgraded with increased investments from the countries inside or outside this region.This article aims to sort out the existing cooperative mechanisms and their recent development,analyze the challenges and opportunities for China in this process,and put forward responding strategies for further sub-regional cooperation.更多还原
