提高蒸发温度对超市制冷系统经济性的影响

【摘要】 超市制冷系统的蒸发温度提高将导致:制冷压缩机匹数减小,成本降低;超市冷冻冷藏陈列柜蒸发器面积加大,蒸发器成本增加。通过研究这2个成本随蒸发温度提高的变化趋势,结合超市陈列柜和压缩机组的特点,找出最佳选配制冷压缩机的蒸发温度。这一蒸发温度,既要保证原有制冷系统的制冷效果,又要使整个制冷系统的设备高效节能运行,有效降低零售企业制冷设备的运营成本。

【Abstract】 For the supermarket refrigeration system,increasing evaporating temperature could reduce the power of compressors and their cost,and increase the area of evaporators and their cost.Through studying the trends of the two costs which change with the increasing of the evaporating temperature,and combined with the features of supermarket display cases and compressors,the optimum evaporating temperature for the selection of refrigeration compressors is found out.The evaporating temperature is to ensure not only the refrigeration effect but also the high efficiency and energy-saving in order to reduce the operation cost of the retail enterprises.
