【摘要】 目的:探讨共情、助人倾向、人格三者之间的关系,即人格是否是共情、助人倾向之间的调节变量。方法:采用中文版人际反应指针量表(IRI-C)、艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC)中的内外向(E)、神经质(N)分量表和助人倾向问卷对269名大学生进行了测试。结果:①总体而言,内外向(E)、神经质(N)与共情、助人倾向之间的相关不高,共情与助人倾向之间相关较高。②分层回归的结果表明,内外向(E)在共情与助人倾向之间的调节作用显著(P<0.05);神经质(N)的调节作用不显著。结论:内外向在共情与助人倾向之间具有显著的调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the relationship among empathy,helping tendency and personality,as well as the moderating effect of personality.Methods: 269 college students were tested with Interpersonal Reactivity Index-C(IRI-C),helping tendency questionnaire and the scale E and N of the Revised Eysenck Questionnaire Short Scale for China.Results: ①In general,extraversion(E) and neuroticism(N) weren’t correlated with empathy and helping tendency significantly;empathy was correlated with helping tendency significantly.②Hierarchical Regression Analysis confirmed that empathy influenced helping tendency with the moderating effect of extraversion(E)(P<0.05),while the moderating effect of neuroticism(N) wasn’t significant.Conclusion: E moderates the relationship between empathy and helping tendency.更多还原
