【摘要】 目的:编制一个适用于10岁以上人群的心理健康调查表并检验其信效度。方法:按经验法编制了一个包含10个症状维度(每个维度10个条目)的心理健康量表,采用分层方便取样法收集了4672名社区或学校样本、1135例临床样本、252名重测样本和378名效度样本的心理健康资料,并对问卷的信度和效度做了测量学检验。结果:问卷的重测信度和α系数分别为0.615~0.791、0.804~0.974;维度与总分(0.737~0.882)及维度间(0.453~0.811)显著相关,10个维度可归为4个因子(情绪症状、生理症状、行为控制和精神病理);百项心理症状问卷与SCL-90总分(0.823)和相关维度(0.605~0.797)显著相关,常模样本和临床样本得分(除人格品行外)有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:百项心理症状问卷的重测信度、同质信度、结构效度和实证效度均较理想,符合心理测量学的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To develop a mental health questionnaire suitable for people over 10 years and examine it’s reliability and validity.Methods: 100 item Psychological Symptom Inventory(PSI-100) was developed by experience method,PSI-100 contained 10 symptom dimensions,and 10 items each dimension.Stratified convenient sampling was used to collect psychological health data from 4,672 community or school subjects,1135 clinical cases,252 test-retest and 378 validity samples,and examine the reliability and validity of the PSI-100.Results: Test-retest reliability and Alpha coefficients were 0.615~0.791 and 0.804~0.974 respectively;there were significantly relations between dimensions and total score(0.737~0.882) and among dimensions(0.453~0.811).10 dimensions could be divided into 4 factors(emotional symptom,physiological symptom,behavior control and psychopathology);PSI-100 was significantly related to total score(0.823) and related dimensions(0.605~0.797) of the SCL-90(P<0.001).There were significant differences on the scores(in addition to personal conduct) between general and clinical samples(P<0.001).Conclusion: The test-retest reliability,internal consistency,and construct and empirical validity of the PSI-100 are good and meet with psychometric standard.更多还原
