【摘要】 铜山城区从1992年成立铜山经济技术开发区开始建设,其城市功能定位从以发展经济开发为主的单一功能,转变为徐州市南部综合性城市副中心区,城市空间在城市功能不断转变的影响下,经历了由"单中心"向"多组团"的演变。实证性地分析了城市发展过程中城市空间演变与城市功能之间的关系:城市功能指导城市空间发展,城市空间演变促进城市功能完善。通过对铜山城区发展过程的研究,得出铜山城区城市用地扩张速度过快,用地构成不合理,城市功能区布局混乱等问题,针对这些问题提出了基于完善城市功能的空间优化思路和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The urban area of Tongshan in northern Jiangsu province was constructed beginning with the establishment of the Tongshan Economic and Technological Development Zone in 1992.Its urban function has shifted from the economic development to the comprehensive urban sub-center area in the south of Xuzhou,and the urban spatial evolution experienced a developmental model from "single center" to "groups" under the change of urban functions.This paper makes an empirical analysis of the relationship between the evolution of urban space and urban functions in the urban development: urban functions guide the development of urban space and the evolution of urban space in turn improves the urban functions.Through the research of Tongshan urban development process,we come to some problems such as the too fast expansion of urban land,the unreasonable land use and the disordered layout of urban functional areas.Aiming at these problems,spatial optimization ideas and suggestions are proposed for perfecting urban functions.更多还原
