【摘要】 目的探讨静态腕托治疗桡神经麻痹的效果。方法 60例桡神经麻痹患者分为腕托组、针灸组、中频组各20例,分别采用配戴静态腕托、电针、中频电刺激治疗。结果腕托组疗效与针灸组、中频组相同;腕托组因治疗产生的误工天数和治疗费用少于针灸组和中频组。结论配戴静态腕托治疗桡神经麻痹有效,可减少误工天数和治疗费用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of static wrist on radial nerve palsies.Methods 60 patients with radial nerve palsies were devided into wrist group(n=20),acupuncture group(n=20) and intermediate-frequency(IF) group(n=20),who accepted static wrist wearing,electroacupuncture,and intermediate-frequency electro-stimulation respectively.Results The efficacy was not significantly different among these groups,but the time out of working and the cost for the management were the least in the wrist group.Conclusion Wearing static wrist is not only effective on radial nerve palsies,but also reduce the loss of working time and cost of treatment.更多还原
