超短波对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后肿瘤坏死因子-α和Bcl-2表达的影响
Effect of Ultrashort Wave Diathermy on Expression of Tumor Necrosis Factor-α and Bcl-2 after Cerebral Ischemia/Reperfusion in Rats
【摘要】 目的观察超短波对脑缺血再灌注后大鼠海马、纹状体和运动皮质内肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及Bcl-2蛋白表达的影响。方法应用线栓法制备大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,分为假手术组、造模组、超短波治疗组,每组6只。脑组织切片行免疫组织化学染色(SABC法),观察TNF-α和Bcl-2在脑组织中表达的变化。结果造模组大鼠海马、纹状体和运动皮质TNF-α和Bcl-2的表达明显高于假手术组(P<0.01);超短波治疗组TNF-α表达低于造模组,Bcl-2表达高于造模组(P<0.05)。结论超短波治疗通过影响TNF-α和Bcl-2的表达对缺血再灌注脑组织产生一定的保护作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of ultrashort wave diathermy on the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and Bcl-2 in hippocampus,striatum and motor cortex of rats with cerebral ischemia/reperfusion.Methods The model of focal ischemia/reperfusion in Sprague-Dawley rats was induced with intraluminal middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) with nylon monofilament suture.The rats were divided into 3 groups: sham group(n=6),model group(n=6) and ultrashort wave diathermy group(n=6).Brain tissue slices were immunohistochemically stained(SABC) to observe the expression of TNF-α and Bcl-2.Results The expression of TNF-α and Bcl-2 in left hippocampus,striatum and motor cortex was higher in the model group than in the sham group(P<0.01).The expression of TNF-α was lower but Bcl-2 was higher in the ultrashort wave diathermy group than in the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrashort wave diathermy can affect the expression of TNF-α and Bcl-2,which may associate to the neuroprotection from focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury.
