【摘要】 基于2005～2007年我国区域大中型工业企业面板数据,运用随机前沿分析法,就国内技术购买、国外技术引进和三资企业科技活动溢出这3种外部技术来源对区域工业创新绩效影响进行研究,结果表明:样本期间,我国区域创新绩效整体呈现增长态势,但东中西部存在显著的差异和不平衡;3种外部技术来源对以新产品项目数和以新产品销售收入为输出的我国工业企业创新绩效有着不同的影响.最后,在分析基础上提出了相应对策建议.更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of external technology resources,namely,technology purchase,introduction of foreign technologies and R&D investment in foreign-invested enterprises on the regional industrial innovation efficiency was analyzed based on the panel data of Chinese large and medium size industrial enterprises during 2005~2007 via SFA method.The results are as follows: ①During 2005~2007,the regional innovation efficiency increased all over the country,but there was an obvious discrepancy and imbalance among east,middle and west regions;②The three kinds of external technology resources have different effects on Chinese industrial innovation efficiency measured as output in forms of the number of new product projects or sales revenues of new products respectively.The relevant policy proposals were given at last based on this analysis.更多还原
