【摘要】 目的:探讨结直肠癌患者手术治疗前后血清CRP、CEA和VEGF水平的变化及临床意义。方法:对45例结直肠癌患者进行手术治疗前后血清CRP、CEA和VEGF水平检测,并与35名健康者作比较;分别计算比较15例术后复发患者CRP、CEA和VEGF阳性率和总阳性率。结果:结直肠癌患者治疗前血清CRP、CEA和VEGF水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05),术后2周其水平比术前有显著下降(P<0.05);而复发组15例,其水平有回升,与未复发组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后复发患者三项指标检测的总阳性率为93%,明显高于单项检测阳性率最高的VEGF(P<0.05)。结论:检测结直肠癌患者血清CRP、CEA和VEGF水平的变化,对判断术后疗效和预测复发有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical significance of changes of serum C-reactive protein(CRP),carcinoem bryonic antigen(CEA) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) levels before and after operation in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods: Perioperative serum CRP,CEA and VEGF levels were determined in 45 pa tients with colorectal cancer as well as in 35 controls.The positive rate of CRP,CEA,VEGF and the total posi tive rate was calculated and compared in 15 relapse patients.Results: The preoperative levels of serum CRP,CEA and VEGF in patients with colorectal cancer were significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.05) and then dramatically decreased at 2 weeks after surgery as compared to that before surgery(P<0.05).However,the serum levels of CRP,CEA,and VEGF in 15 patients with relapses were increased 6 months later and were sig nificantly higher than those in patients without relapses(P<0.05).The total positive rate of serum CRP,CEA and VEGF in 15 patients with recurrence was 93%,which was obviously higher than that of CRP or CEA or VEGF.Conclusion: Serum levels of CRP,CEA and VEGF might be useful for monitoring and predicting therapeutic effi cacy after surgery in patients with colorectal cancer.更多还原
