基于神经网络的主轴热误差补偿技术研究
Research on thermal error compensate of spindle based on neural network
【摘要】 以MAKINO立式加工中心为对象,提出一种主轴热误差补偿的神经网络建模方法。该方法以测量点温度为模型输入,以5点法测量的主轴热误差为输出,经RBF神经网络模型学习和训练。结果表明此建模方法有较强的预测能力和较为理想的精度,可以满足加工中心热误差实时补偿的应用要求。
【Abstract】 A neural network method is brought forward to compensate the thermal error of the spindle in MAKINO vertical machining centers.The measured temperature is taken as input and the thermal error is taken as output in the model.The method is provided with good forecast ability and enough precision to meet with the requirement of machining center thermal error compensation.
