【Abstract】 At present,the problem of system construction of vocational education or modern vocational education has been a hot topic for managers and researchers of vocational education,i.e.a so-called independent,perfect,and closed vocational and educational system of secondary to doctoral levels,reflecting the impact of planned economical thought on education.We should construct a system of vocational education based on vocational training and supplemented by secondary vocational education.Higher vocational and technical education should be regarded as its main body of the system and be integrated into general higher education.The system then could be relative independent,open and combined with general higher education.更多还原
