【摘要】 [目的]自制胫骨干骨折无创牵引复位器,了解其应用于胫骨干骨折经皮微创锁定钢板固定术的安全性和有效性。[方法]分析自2008～2010年成年胫骨干骨折共计97例,采取经皮小切口锁定钢板固定术,按牵引复位器复位(A组,59例)和使用徒手、外固定架等临时复位(B组,38例)分为两组,统计了两组骨折类型、手术时间、出血量和术后切口愈合情况,随访观察了骨折愈合时间、不愈合和内固定失效情况。[结果]两组比较发现,使用复位器组在手术时间、术中出血量方面具有优势。在感染数、骨折临床愈合方面与使用徒手、外固定架等临时复位组无明显差异。[结论]无创牵引复位器用于胫骨干骨折经皮小切口锁定钢板内固定手术安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]Noninvasive traction repositor of tibial fracture was made.The safety and effectiveness of its application in minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(MIPPO)of tibial fracture were understood.[Method]Ninty-seven cases of adult tibial fracture were analyzed from 2008 to 2010.Group A(59cases)were operated with MIPPO and traction repositor.Group B(38cases)were operated with temporary restoral such as bare-handed,external fixator.Types of fracture,time of operations,amount of bleeding and wound healing of two groups were compared.The heal of fracture,none-heal and internal fixation failure were observed during follow up.[Result]Repositor had some advantages in time of operation,amount of bleeding and so on.Compared with bare-hand and external fixator,it had no obvious advantage in count of infection,clinical heal of fracture.[Conclusion]It is safe and effective to use noninvasive traction repositor in MIPPO.更多还原
