【摘要】 [目的]探讨整合素αvβ3和VEGF在骨折愈合过程中的表达及意义。[方法]将新西兰大白兔20只,随机分为4组,每组5只,手术制作左侧兔桡骨中段骨干缺损模型,作为实验组。右侧作假手术处理,作为对照组;应用免疫组织化学链霉亲合素-生物素酶复合物(SABC)法检测术后2、4、8、12周骨痂组织中整合素αvβ3和VEGF的表达。[结果]在骨折愈合的不同时期,整合素αvβ3和VEGF的表达上调,对照组与实验组的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2周整合素αvβ3和VEGF的表达水平最高,术后12周表达水平最低。[结论]整合素αvβ3和VEGF可能在骨折愈合的过程中起重要作用,检测整合素αvβ3和VEGF的表达有助于对骨折预后的判断。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the expression of integrin αvβ3 and VEGF in the fracture healing,and to evaluate their significance.[Method]Twenty New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups in this experiment,and each group has five rabbits.The fracture model of left radius was established by operation(experiment group) and right radius by sham operation(control group).Using streptavidin biotin-peroxidase complex(SABC) method,we studied the expression of integrin αvβ3 and VEGF in normal bone and callus tissue at 2,4,8,and 12 weeks after operation.[Result]The expression of integrin αvβ3 and VEGF protein was increased in callus compared to the normal.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The highest expression levels of integrin αvβ3 occurred at 2 weeks after operation,and the lowest at 12 weeks after operation.[Conclusion]The integrin αvβ3 might play an important role in the fracture healing.The detection of these proteins might contribute to the prognosis of fracture healing.更多还原
