高校体育课程促进大学生心理健康和社会适应能力的效能性研究
Research on the Effectiveness of College Physical Education Courses in Promoting University Students’ Psychological Health and Social Adapability
【摘要】 研究采用心理症状自评量表(SCL—90)和郑日昌教授编制的《社会适应能力诊断量表》,随机抽取1 040名在校大学生进行跟踪测评,对实验前后的心理健康水平和社会适应能力进行t检验和x2检验。结果表明:实验前后大学生SCL—90的各因子分和社会适应能力得分均呈显著差异,且高校体育课程对大学男女生的心理健康和社会适应能力的提高存在差异。结论:高校体育课程对大学生心理健康和社会适应能力促进有明显的效果。
【Abstract】 With self-evaluation scale of psychological symptom(SCL-90),and "the Diagnosis Scale of Social Adaptability" designed by Prof.Zheng Richang.Random sampling has been conducted with 1,040 university students.Respective tests of psychological health "t" and social adaptability "x2 " have been made prior and after the study.The results reveal that obvious differences exist both in the factors in SCL-90 and the scores of social adaptability.It can be concluded that the college physical education courses have a strong impact on promoting and improving university students’ psychological health and social adaptability.
