【Abstract】 Network,the fictitious information space,is filled with all sorts of obstacles by the internet technology,politics,language,and other factors.These obstacles cause the division of the global integration of the internet into several isolated and disintegrated spaces,leading to the scientific research information being fragmented,Balkanization reappearing in network,negatively influencing on the research method and environment of the E-Science globalization.In order to truly achieve E-Science globalization,countermeasures should be taken: strengthening global cooperation and sharing of scientific research achievements to create open and harmonious E-Science research environment,strengthening the Internet international legal norms to achieve global internet integration,strengthening the internet machine translation mechanism to eliminate the scientific research information diaphragm.更多还原
