补充FDP对业余网球运动员运动能力影响的研究

【摘要】 目的:观察1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)对业余网球运动员运动能力的影响.方法:24名运动员按配对设计分为对照组和实验组.两组进行相同的运动训练,实验组口服2周的FDP,两组于实验前和实验后采用无氧功率自行车测试最大无氧能力值、功率/体重值、最大峰值功率等无氧能力指标,同时测定运动后3min血乳酸(BLa)含量和力量、速度素质等指标.结果:实验前两组各项指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05);实验2周后,实验组最大无氧能力和最大峰值功率均增高(P<0.05).BLa含量降低(P<0.05).同时,力量和速度素质增高(P<0.05).结论:业余网球运动员补充FDP能有效地提高无氧运动能力,同时可提高身体素质和体能,促进疲劳的消除.

【Abstract】 Purpose: To observe the influence of Fibrin Degradation Product(FDP) on amateur tennis athletes’ sports ability.Method: Divided 24 athletes by matching into two groups as control and experimental group.Two groups adopt the same exercise training,the experimental group take FDP orally two weeks,two groups take anaerobic power cycling test before experiment and after experiment to check their anaerobic capacity index like maximum anaerobic capacity value,power/weig-ht value,maximum peak power and so on,meanwhile,check their Bla’ level,strength quality and speed quality 3 minutes after exercise.Results: Two groups’ observed index have no statistical significant(P>0.5) before experiment,two weeks after experiment,maximum anaerobic capacity and maximum peak value of experimental group is higher than before(P<0.05),Bla’ level is lower(P<0.05).meanwhile,power and speed quality is improving(P<0.05).Conclusion: FDP supplement can enhance anaerobic sport capacity effectively,improve physical quality and fitness,promote recover from fatigue.
