葛根中黄酮提取工艺的研究

【摘要】 以葛根为原料,从中提取的黄酮,探讨乙醇浓度、回流提取水浴温度、提取时间和料液比对葛根黄酮提取率的影响,正交试验表明葛根黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度50%,回流提取水浴温度为90℃,料液比为1:30,提取时间为3h.在此条件下,葛根黄酮的提取率可以达到2.53mg/g.

【Abstract】 Taking kudzu root as the raw material,flavonoids were extracted from it.It was investigated that the effects of ethanol concentration,reflux extraction temperature,extraction time and ratio of solid to liquid on pueraria flavone extraction rate.The optimal extration conditions were obtained as follows: ethanol concentration 50%,extraction temperature 90℃,solid-liquid ratio is 1:30 and extraction time 3h.Under this condition,pueraria flavone extraction rate could reach 2.53mg/g.
