【Abstract】 Just as the Humboldt Spirit shaped the academic university in 19th century,the academic capitalism theory and the Triple Helix theory in the era of the knowledge economy reveal the developmental model of the entrepreneurial university.The entrepreneurial university is an academic organization of which the goal is the knowledge creation and application,the operating mechanism is utilizing the "bridge" organization and motivating policies and the performance is the fund diversity and university autonomy.The effective way to transform from the traditional university to the entrepreneurial university is to build a powerful leader core,to expand the relationship with the government-business circle,to develop the diversified funding base,to activate the academic heart and to build the entrepreneurial culture.更多还原
