红树植物角果木胚轴的萌发特性

【摘要】 对采自广东省徐闻县迈陈镇海岸的红树植物角果木Ceriops tagal胚轴进行萌发试验.设置(a)不同盐度(0、10‰、20‰、30‰海水)黑暗(下胚轴)水培、(b)不同盐度光照(下胚轴)水培、(c)沙培自来水浇灌和(d)土培自来水浇灌4组试验,探讨盐度、光照和基质等因素对胚轴萌发的影响.结果表明,角果木胚轴最适萌根盐度为0~20‰,最适萌芽盐度为10‰;与10‰盐度的黑暗(下胚轴)水培相比,光照(下胚轴)水培的胚轴萌根率下降10%、萌芽率下降76.7%,表明光对下胚轴萌发有抑制作用;胚轴在河沙和红壤土中均能正常发芽,萌芽率达90%以上.

【Abstract】 In order to probe the effects of salinity,light and culture medium on hypocotyls germination,the germination experiment of Ceriops tagal hypocotyls collected from coast near Maichen twon,Xuwen county,Guangdong province was conducted.Hypocotyls were cultured by(a) different salinity of seawater(0,10‰,20‰ and 30‰ of NaCl) with hypocotyls under dark;(b) different salinity of seawater(0,10‰,20‰ and 30‰ of NaCl) with hypocotyls under light;(c) sand watered with tap water and(d) soil watered with tap water.The results showed that the optimal salinity for rooting and budding are 0~20‰ and 10‰,respectively.Hydroponically cultured with 10‰ salt under light,the rooting rate and budding rate decreased by 10% and 76.7%,respectively compared with that under dark,which indicated that light inhibited hypocotyls germination of Ceriops tagal.Cultured with sand and red soil,hypocotyls could germinate normally,with the germination rate over 90%.
