【Abstract】 Through developing party members from middle and young aged academic backbone,we can cultivate a large group of marxists both have marxist belief and modern scientific and cultural knowledge.It is an important measure to promote the political quality of middle and young aged academic backbone in colleges and universities.From deeply analysing the current situations,problmes and reasons of middle and young aged academic backbone joining the Party in G Institute of Z University,the article explores how to improve working mechanism to develope party members from middle and young aged academic backbone.更多还原
