用最小二乘法解决的一个物理问题
A Physical Problem Solved with Least Square Method
【摘要】 介绍了一种用最小二乘法测试晶体管基区电阻rbb的方法,得出了晶体管电流放大系数β值不同rbb值不同的结论,并对rbe的计算公式进行了修正.
【Abstract】 A method to test the rbb resistance in the transistor base with the least square method is described.A conclusion is drawn that the rbb is changed with β value of transistor.The calculating formula for is rbe corrected.
