邻羟基苯甲腈和邻羟基苯甲酰胺的气相色谱法测定
Determination of Salicylonitrile and Salicylamide by GC
【摘要】 采用气相色谱法,用7%SE-30 chromosorb DMCS 150~180μm(3 m×3 mm)填充柱,以正壬烷为内标物,用氢火焰离子化检测器对邻羟基苯甲腈和邻羟基苯甲酰胺进行定量分析;结果表明,该分析方法的对邻羟基苯甲腈、邻羟基苯甲酰胺的线性相关系数分别为0.9998、0.9991;标准偏差分别为0.25、0.04,回收率分别为99.7%~100.2%、98.0%~101.4%。
【Abstract】 The sample is dissolved in methanol,using FID detector and 3 m×3 mm(id) glass column packing with 7% SE-30/chromosorb DMCS,salicylonitrile and salicylamide can be separated and determined with n-nonane as internal standard.The results: for salicylonitrile,the relation coefficient,the relative standard deviation and the recoveries were 0.9998,0.26% and 99.7%~100.2% respectively;for salicylamide,0.9991,2.2% and 98.0%~101.4% respectively.
