基于校企合作、工学结合的高职模具专业人才培养模式研究

【摘要】 依据当前模具企业的发展状况和人才需求状况,高职模具专业采用校企合作、工学结合的人才培养模式,可以兼顾企业对高技能、高素质人才的渴求和学生的个性与追求,引导学生尽快适应企业的需要,早日成才。

【Abstract】 Through evaluating the development of mold enterprises and their demands for talents,we discuss a training mode based on school-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination for the major of mold at higher vocational college.This mode could meet the companies’ thirst for high-quality and highly skilled personnel and help the students adapt to the enterprises’ demands and realize their ralues in an easier way.
