【摘要】 在文献回顾的基础上,将污染排放量影响因素分解为人口因素、规模因素、结构因素、技术因素和治理因素,并采用LMDI分解法,对中国1991—2010年工业废气排放变化进行了分解,研究结果表明,目前人口总量、经济规模和经济结构对工业废气减排起阻碍作用,而技术进步和环境规制起到了促进减排的效果。最后,从人口政策、工业政策、环境管理等方面提出了对策建议。更多还原
