传播阻断地区学生血吸虫病健康促进干预效果评价
Evaluation of the effectiveness of intervention via health promotion for students in areas with blocked transmission of schistosomiasis
【摘要】 目的评价传播阻断地区学生血吸虫病健康促进干预效果。方法应用实验研究方法,基线调查后,实验组应用"信息传播+行为参与+行为激励"健康促进模式干预,并评价干预效果。结果干预前实验组与对照组血防知识知晓率、血防态度正确率、血防信念拥有率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),并均未见宣传血防者。干预后实验组血防知识知晓率、血防态度正确率和血防信念拥有率分别由干预前的12.88%、6.82%、3.79%提高到97.64%、62.20%、71.65%(P<0.01),宣传血防依从率由0提高到90.55%。对照组干预前后上述各项指标变化均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用"信息传播+行为参与+行为激励"健康促进模式干预传播阻断地区学生,可有效提高其宣传血防行为依从性。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of intervention via health promotion for students in areas with blocked transmission of schistosomiasis.Methods An experimental study was conducted.An experimental group received intervention via a health promotion model,"disseminating information + increasing participation + encouraging behavior," following a baseline survey.The effectiveness of that intervention was then evaluated.Results There were no statistical significant differences in the proportion of students with accurate knowledge about schistosomiasis control,a positive view of control,and confidence in that control in the experimental group and control group before the intervention(P>0.05).None of the students in either group had never been exposed to a schistosomiasis control campaign.After the intervention,the proportion of students in the experimental group with accurate knowledge about schistosomiasis control,a positive view of control,and confidence in that control increased from 12.88%,6.82%,and 3.79% before the intervention to 97.64%,62.20%,and 71.65%(P<0.01),respectively.Compliance with schistosomiasis control campaigns increased from zero to 90.55%.There were no statistically significant differences in the aforementioned indices for the control group pre-and post-intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of a health promotion model,"disseminating information + increasing participation + encouraging behavior," can improve the student compliance with schistosomiasis control campaigns.
