【摘要】 本院确诊了2例AIDS合并马尔-菲青霉菌病(PSM)患者。取患者骨髓涂片,瑞氏染色,骨髓涂片巨噬细胞内有大量有横隔的病原体,血液培养为双相真菌,25℃青霉相生长并产玫瑰红色素,显微镜下部分菌丝有典型帚状枝生成。分离的病原菌鉴定为马尔尼菲青霉菌,两患者确诊为艾滋病合并马尔尼菲青霉菌感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Penicillium marneffei infection was diagnosed in two patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome at our hospital.Bone marrow smears were obtained and stained.Bone marrow smears featured numerous sausage-shaped cells within macrophages.Blood culture revealed a dimorphic fungus,Penicillium growth at 25 ℃,and a red pigment.Microscopically,the fungus had typical branching.P.marneffei was isolated from the patients,and the two patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome were diagnosed as having P.marneffei infection.更多还原
