刚地弓形虫分子生物学检测技术应用研究进展
Advances in the use of molecular biological technologies to detect Toxoplasma gondii
【摘要】 本文综述了刚地弓形虫的分子生物学检测技术,主要包括PCR技术、限制性片段长度多态性分析技术和环介导等温扩增技术,以及各种技术在实验及临床上的应用和发展前景。
【Abstract】 This article reviews molecular biological techniques to detect Toxoplasma gondii and potential experiments and clinical applications of those techniques.This article focuses on polymerase chain reaction(PCR),restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP),and loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP).
